Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Public Relations, Education, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare education, staffing, admissions, or business development.
Familiarity with CDPH CNA program requirements and SNF clinical operations in California.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel locally within California.

Responsibilities

Clinical Site Development: identify and develop partnerships with SNFs for CNA clinical rotations.
LVN Instructor Recruitment: recruit LVNs meeting CDPH criteria as clinical instructors.
Relationship Management: serve as the primary liaison between the school and SNF partners; conduct site visits.
Reporting and Compliance: track partnerships and ensure CDPH regulatory compliance.
