Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the FuzeRx product to own the roadmap and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business teams to deliver patient-centered features that improve care delivery and pharmacy operations.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• ~2+ years of Product Management or related experience.
• Experience shipping product features in collaboration with Engineering in agile environments.
• Clear, concise communication skills with stakeholders and engineers.
• Experience building products for pharmacy, healthcare services, or medication management platforms.
• Familiarity with data-driven personalization, automation, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to identify technical risks and articulate technical requirements for features and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for your product area and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Lead feature discussions with customers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
• Triangulate roadmap intake, triage features and bugs, and connect engineering work to user experience.
• Identify regulatory and operational constraints in healthcare and pharmacy early.
