Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development and enhancement of healthcare products, ensuring quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that improve healthcare delivery.
• Drive product lifecycle from concept to launch, maintaining high standards of quality, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in healthcare setting and IT, supporting HRIS systems, with knowledge of HR processes and data management.
• Experience with Workday, Kronos, Healthstream, project management, and stakeholder communication.

Skills Needed

• Expertise in Workday, Healthstream, Kronos.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL, digital applications, and enterprise IT strategy.

Accountabilities

• Oversee digital application quality and development, ensuring standards and policies are maintained.
• Lead teams of developers, analysts, and engineers, mentoring their professional growth.
• Participate in strategic planning, application selection, and project evaluation.
