We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Product Manager to join our team in the Tech Services industry. This role involves leading the development of healthcare products that impact millions. Responsibilities include driving product development from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high standards of quality, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Summary

The Product Manager, Human Capital and Time Management Applications, acts as a bridge between IT and Human Resources, managing the full lifecycle of HR applications like Workday, Kronos, and Healthstream. Reporting to the Director, this role requires blending technical expertise with business acumen to support systems, lead projects, and support strategic IT initiatives within HR.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

• 5 years in a healthcare setting
• 5 years in IT focusing on HRIS systems
• Experience with scheduling, credential tracking, identity management
• 3+ years managing leadership relationships and leading tech teams
• Project management expertise, ITIL knowledge, Agile methodologies

Skills Needed

• Workday, Healthstream, Kronos expertise
• Project management, stakeholder communication
• Data integrity, service delivery, strategic planning
• Quick learner of new applications, compliance knowledge

Accountabilities

• Oversee product quality, develop new ideas, support enterprise-wide digital applications

• Lead in application selection, RFPs, strategic planning, and project evaluation
• Lead technical staff, develop relationships with enterprise leaders, participate in strategic initiatives
