We seek a dynamic Healthcare Product Manager to lead the development of innovative healthcare products impacting millions. Responsibilities include managing product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Summary

The Product Manager, Human Capital and Time Management Applications, bridges IT and HR, managing systems like Workday, Kronos, and Healthstream, ensuring seamless operations and strategic IT initiatives within HR.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum Experience

• 5+ years in healthcare setting
• 5+ years in IT supporting HRIS systems, understanding HR processes and data management
• Experience with scheduling, credential tracking, identity management systems
• 3+ years managing relationships and leading tech teams
• Experience with project management, ITIL, agile methodologies
• Strong business acumen and presentation skills

• Lead application selection, RFPs, and strategic planning
• Participate in organizational projects, develop benchmarks and financial models
• Ensure quality of digital solutions, perform other duties as assigned
