We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Healthcare Product Manager to join our team in the Tech Services industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the development and enhancement of healthcare products that will impact millions.

As a Healthcare Product Manager, you will be at the forefront, working to develop innovative solutions that revolutionize healthcare delivery. You will be responsible for driving product development from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, usability, and customer satisfaction.

Summary

The Product Manager, Human Capital and Time Management Applications, serves as a bridge between IT and Human Resources, managing HR applications like Workday, Kronos, and Healthstream, ensuring seamless operations and high-value IT solutions. Reporting to the Director, Human Capital and Time Management Applications, this role combines technical expertise with business acumen to support systems, lead projects, and facilitate strategic IT initiatives within HR.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

• 5 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• 5 years of IT experience supporting HRIS systems, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data management
• Experience with the implementation, re-engineering, or redesign of scheduling, timekeeping, and credential tracking applications
• Proven experience (3+ years) managing leadership-level relationships and leading technology teams
• Expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and oversight, with knowledge of ITIL and software delivery methodologies

• Maintain standards and policies aligned with USC architecture and serve as evangelist for analytics and applications
• Lead a team of developers, analysts, engineers, and mentors
• Develop awareness and relationships with enterprise leaders to support data-driven decisions
• Lead application selection, RFPs, and procurement activities
• Participate in strategic planning and project evaluations
• Ensure quality of digital application solutions
• Perform other duties as assigned
