Base pay range

$160,284.00/yr - $195,903.00/yr

As a Product Development Manager, You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By:

• Overseeing product development, execution, and sustaining development activities, including product ownership and strategy responsibilities to drive growth and adoption.
• Providing direct technical supervision to staff, including hiring, goal setting, team assignment, training, and performance reviews.
• Managing in a fast-paced agile environment with challenging deadlines, ensuring timely, high-quality product releases.
• Mentoring team members in analysis, design, coding, debugging, automation, testing, documentation, support, maintenance, and releases.
• Leading program management for critical Revenue Cycle product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, Business Leaders, Sales, Engineers, and Architects to inform decisions.

Your Skills And Expertise

To succeed, Solventum requires (at a minimum):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of software industry experience OR
• High School Diploma/GED AND 12 years of software industry experience.

Additional qualifications include experience with Agile teams, healthcare IT, leadership, and technical skills such as coding, testing, CI/CD, and software lifecycle management. Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, project management, and product vision skills are also important.

Travel: Up to 25%
