Job summary

OU Health seeks a Manager of Process Improvement to lead the Process Improvement team and align improvement efforts with institutional priorities for quality, safety, and patient experience.

The role partners with physicians, nursing, operations, and executives to embed sustainable performance improvement into daily operations, applying Lean management systems and structured methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare process improvement.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational strategy into a prioritized Process Improvement portfolio.
• Oversee intake, scoping, resourcing and governance of initiatives.
• Align projects to KPIs, regulatory priorities and performance gaps.
• Ensure measurable impact and ROI across initiatives.
• Lead change management to embed improvements into daily operations.
