Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Healthcare operations experience is a plus.
• Strong mapping and visualization skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a change agent to drive process improvements across departments.
• Lead projects through lifecycle with analytics and dashboards.
• Develop process flows and mapping; create action plans and milestones.
• Apply queuing theory and simulations to service delivery decisions.
• Coach teams on improvement science techniques and best practices.
