AdventHealth in Maitland, FL is seeking a privacy and compliance professional to lead audits, review policies, and guide staff on privacy law compliance. You will oversee databases, respond to risk assessments, and coordinate with partners to protect patient information.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare privacy, strong communication, and proficiency with regulatory requirements and LMS systems. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting AdventHealth’s mission.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care or related field.
• 5+ years health care privacy experience.
• Experience with federal and state privacy laws.

• Serve as escalation point for privacy audits and investigations.
• Review and manage system-wide policies related to privacy.
• Provide guidance on compliance with privacy laws to staff.
• Oversee databases and agreements with business associates.
• Document and respond to privacy risk assessments and investigations.
