AdventHealth is seeking a Manager of Risk Management to lead incident reporting, data analysis, and risk education across the system. You will work with clinical staff and administration to identify, evaluate, and reduce risk exposure while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, public speaking, and policy development skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality improvement within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in risk management or related management experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ongoing education in compliance.
• Ability to analyze risk, educate staff, and lead process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incident reporting systems and loss analysis.
• Coordinate risk education and ongoing compliance training.
• Lead RCA projects for high-risk issues and manage investigations.
