Job summary

Command Digital is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to serve as a liaison between clients, sales, and production teams in a fast-paced, healthcare-regulated environment. You will manage projects from intake to delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and high-quality output while meeting client expectations and strict SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in print production, direct mail, or manufacturing coordination (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with Avanti or similar MIS systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Working knowledge of production workflows, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives, clients, and production teams to define project scope, production methods, and timelines
• Coordinate production schedules with internal departments and external vendors to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines
• Monitor job progress, track orders, and proactively communicate status updates, including any delays, to clients and internal stakeholders
• Review projects from conception through delivery to ensure they remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with all specifications
• Enter and manage job orders in Avanti, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
