Diversified Global Graphics Group DG3 is seeking a Junior Production Coordinator to streamline information flow between Sales, customers, and manufacturing. You will translate job specs into precise tickets and act as the customer’s representative on the shop floor, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while exploring growth toward a Sales path within DG3.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in print and mailing.
• 3–5 years in print production or client service handling accounts.
• Experience in commercial and digital printing environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of production information between Sales, the customer, and the facility.
• Write complete, specific and accurate job tickets for assigned projects.
• Monitor production to ensure quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead or participate in pre-production and cross‑department meetings to plan projects.
• Minimize outsourcing where possible and coordinate with approved external vendors when needed.
