The Thomas Young Group is seeking a senior leader to grow the healthcare design practice in North Texas. You will influence project goals and guide multidisciplinary teams across the design and delivery process.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in healthcare design, a Texas PE license, and a proven ability to lead large projects with a client-focused approach. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to shape outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of healthcare market experience in North Texas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience leading medium to large scale projects as PM or director.
• Strong leadership in mechanical design with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.

The office in Dallas is continuing to grow its healthcare practice, creating an opportunity for a senior leader to help shape how healthcare facilities are designed across North Texas. What we're looking for:

Minimum 15 years of experience in the healthcare market in North Texas

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering

Experience leading medium to large scale projects as a project manager or project director

Strong leadership in mechanical design, with a collaborative and client-focused approach

Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
