• Rack cups and bowls.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment.
• Wash and sanitize food carts.
• Collect and dispose of all trash.
• Strip cafeteria truck.
• Follow Kosher regulations.
• Communicate issues to leadership and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
