Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking an entry-level dishwasher to set up dish stations, wash pots, pans, china and silverware, and maintain cleanliness of the dish area in a hospital kitchen.

You will also assist in stocking cook stations, tray lines, and outpatient areas per par levels, while recording temperatures and stock levels daily. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, basic computer familiarity, and the ability to navigate simple web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves and cleans patient dishes in a timely manner.
• Stocks station with clean china before meal service.
• Records dish machine temperatures and kitchenette temperatures daily.
• Removes trash from kitchen and café in a timely manner and disposes of materials properly.
• Keeps dish room and equipment clean at all times.
• Assists in receiving and stocking deliveries.
