Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Food & Nutrition Services Worker to support dishroom, pot area, coffee shop, cafeteria and trayline operations across the hospital.

You will strip patient trays, operate dish machines, stock supplies, deliver trays to nursing units, and keep kitchens and dining areas clean and safe. A high school diploma is preferred; you must read and write English and have good manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• High School Degree preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Manual dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Strip patient trays, wash dishes and stock in the dishroom.
• Operate dish machines and Power Soak equipment.
• Garnish and deliver trays to nursing units from trayline.
• Clean and stock areas in Coffee Shop, Cafeteria and Kitchen.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement within Food & Nutrition Services.
