Responsibilities

• Pull and thaw frozen foods per schedule to ensure wholesomeness.
• Hold and serve food at proper temperatures and attractively presented.
• Assist in firing daily food production.
• Rotate, label, and date foods in walk-in refrigerators/freezers.
