Job summary

CORE is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support our Healthcare Team in Flagstaff/Northern Arizona. This role oversees the full preconstruction phase of complex healthcare projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, trade partner coordination, and a smooth transition to construction.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead project-specific preconstruction efforts, manage Assistant Preconstruction Managers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience (required).
• Healthcare Construction Certification (required).
• Certified Healthcare Construction certification.
• ICRA certification and/or experience.
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Construct Connect.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project lead for preconstruction efforts, overseeing communication, deliverables, options, and estimates.
• Identify project challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Senior Preconstruction Manager and Assistant Preconstruction Managers.
• Oversee bid processes, trade coordination, and project timelines.
• Manage all scopes and directly oversee high-risk scopes.
• Review QTOs and breakdowns prepared by APMs.
• Conduct preconstruction workshops and training.
