Job summary

FoodScience is seeking an Account Manager for Healthcare Practitioners to manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare practitioner accounts in the US. You will strengthen relationships, expand product utilization, and align resources to support provider success.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, maintaining accurate activity in Salesforce, and collaborating with Clinical Education and Business Development teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or related customer-facing roles.
• Ability to build relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and business acumen.
• Experience managing a customer portfolio and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare practitioner accounts.
• Develop account plans and conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization and share of wallet.
• Partner with Clinical Education to strengthen provider knowledge and confidence.
• Advocate for customer needs and coordinate support across internal teams.
• Partner with Business Development Representatives as new customers transition into account management.
• Maintain accurate account activity, planning, and customer insights in Salesforce.
• Stay current on functional medicine, nutritional science, ingredients, research, and emerging healthcare trends.
