Job summary

Mercy Health in Paducah, KY seeks a Practice Manager II to lead one or more physician practices, supporting 6+ providers and a team of 10+ FTEs to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include overseeing staff, scheduling, and performance management, while ensuring compliance and efficient workflows. You will coordinate revenue cycle and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4 years of recent healthcare experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• BLS certification preferred or required within 90 days if clinical functions are performed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff and provider schedules.
• Manage performance, communications and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure quality, compliance and risk standards; manage supply chain and invoices.
• Coordinate provider integration and revenue cycle processes.
• Review data, budgets and financial reports; support planning and strategic priorities.
