Job summary

Bryan Health seeks a seasoned healthcare operations leader to provide executive-level oversight of daily clinic operations within the Bryan Physician Network. You will supervise a multi-disciplinary team, manage programs and policies, and coordinate with Bryan Health departments to ensure integrated service delivery across the network.

Responsibilities include improving patient flow, budgeting for capital and operating needs, and participating in quality initiatives and committee work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• Two (2) years of healthcare management experience preferred or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or other healthcare field in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and supervision of the daily operations of assigned medical practice(s).
• Plans, designs, implements and maintains programs, policies and management systems of the overall operations of BPN.
• Leads a multi-disciplinary care team and is responsible for the supervision and performance of such team.
• Represents BPN on quality and other committees within Bryan Health; ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies.
