Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking an experienced healthcare operations professional to direct and administer practice management across the Baptist Medical Group Clinic network. The role oversees administrative and financial functions for the assigned practice and reports to the Executive Director of Clinic Operations.

The position emphasizes coordinating clinics, aligning with strategic growth, and ensuring efficient and compliant operations to maximize patient access and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Healthcare related Field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and develop clinics and outpatient departments, and physician hospital services as applicable.
• Integrate growth plans with operations to expand patient care access.
• Improve efficiency and maximize clinic service offerings.
• Collaborate with Service Line Directors to ensure a seamless patient experience from clinic visit to procedure.
• Ensure systems and staffing resources support clinic and revenue cycle policy and procedure compliance.
• Utilize measurement and analytical systems to maximize operational efficiency and visual management.
• Serve as a resource to physicians, clinic managers and supervisors in deploying business and strategic initiatives.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Executive Director of Clinic Operations.
