AdventHealth in Apopka, FL seeks an experienced practice operations manager to oversee office efficiency and staff performance across multiple physician practices. You will coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires leadership in budgeting, policy compliance, and revenue cycle oversight, with a focus on staff development and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical technology and terminology.
• Knowledge of front office tasks and systems.
• Knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
• Skilled in customer service.
• Skilled in interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Skilled in organization with multiple tasks/deadlines.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manages offices in a cost-effective, efficient manner ensuring staff provide high quality care in a courteous atmosphere.
• Oversees start-up of new physician practices and assists with credentialing.
• Coordinates, monitors, and improves operations of each practice, including workflow, staffing, and oversight.
• Coordinates hiring, completes performance evaluations, and participates in employee coaching and termination per policy.
• Provides orientation for new employees and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains current job descriptions and completes staff evaluations.
• Participates in preparing operating, salary, and capital budgets and ensures budgeting compliance.
• Supervises staff, schedules, and assigns duties to ensure department coverage.
• Reviews policies and procedures for compliance with regulations.
• Assists in developing written policies governing practice operations.
• Evaluates program effectiveness and processes affecting teamwork.
• Oversees revenue cycle management including upfront collections and coding for clean claims.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
