Job summary

You will recruit, orient, and retain staff while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, partnering with leadership to drive enterprise-wide initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, nursing, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant/progressive experience in healthcare administration, nursing, or a relevant area. All experience must be paid and in the same related field.
• Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and workflow of medical practice environments to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Develops and implements strategic, operational, and capital plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manages financial activities, including budgeting, fiscal analysis, contract oversight, and revenue monitoring.
• Directs recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of staff to ensure competency and optimal staffing.
• Ensures quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and accreditation for clinical operations and patient care.
• Leads initiatives to enhance customer service, patient satisfaction, and community outreach.
• Utilizes data analytics, health information systems, and reporting tools to drive process improvement.
• Facilitates effective communication and collaboration among staff, leadership, and external partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
