Job summary

UK St. Claire in Frenchburg, KY seeks an experienced healthcare administration leader to oversee operations across departments, facilities, revenue cycle and HR.

You will drive enterprise-wide initiatives, recruitment, and performance management while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality improvement. The role partners with clinical and administrative leadership to analyze performance, develop budgets, and implement strategic plans that improve patient care and community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, nursing, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of healthcare administration experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• All experience must be paid and in the same related field.
• Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and workflow of medical practice environments to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Develops strategic, operational, and capital plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manages budgeting, fiscal analysis, contract oversight, and revenue monitoring.
• Directs recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of staff to ensure competency and optimal staffing.
• Ensures quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and accreditation for clinical operations and patient care.
• Leads initiatives to enhance customer service, patient satisfaction, and community outreach.
• Utilizes data analytics, health information systems, and reporting tools to drive process improvement.
• Facilitates effective communication and collaboration among staff, leadership, and external partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
