Job summary

SCR St. Claire Medical Center, Inc. seeks an experienced healthcare administrator to oversee administrative functions across operations, marketing, facilities, revenue cycle, HR, planning, and development.

You will recruit, orient, retain, and evaluate staff while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to implement enterprise-wide initiatives, analyze performance, develop budgets, and drive quality improvements to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, nursing, or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant/progressive experience in healthcare administration, nursing, or related area. Paid work experience; internships/volunteer work not counted.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and workflow of medical practice environments for efficiency and compliance.
• Develops and implements strategic, operational, and capital plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manages budgeting, fiscal analysis, contract oversight, and revenue monitoring.
• Directs recruitment, training, evaluation, and retention of staff.
• Ensures quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and accreditation for clinical operations and patient care.
• Leads customer service improvements, patient satisfaction, and community outreach initiatives.
• Uses data analytics and reporting tools to drive process improvement.
• Facilitates communication among staff, leadership, and external partners.
