Job summary

Mosaic Health, LLC. is seeking a Practice Manager in Anchorage, AK to lead day-to-day clinical and operational functions of a care center.

You will ensure efficient patient flow, staff performance, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. As a Practice Manager you will coordinate across clinical teams, coach staff through performance cycles, manage headcount and resources, and participate in budgeting activities while working under senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical and administrative teams.
• Experience managing budgets and resources for a care site.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations including patient scheduling, staff assignments, clinical workflow execution, and facility readiness across the care site.
• Lead and develop a team of clinical support and administrative staff, conducting performance reviews, providing coaching, and managing day-to-day staffing needs.
• Monitor practice performance metrics—patient satisfaction, access, productivity, and quality indicators—and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical leadership to resolve operational issues and implement new workflows at the site level.
• Manage site-level budget activities including supply ordering, invoice approval, and variance tracking under the direction of senior leadership.
