Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or similar is preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare is desired.
• Prior experience in a manager role in healthcare is desired.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issues. Working knowledge of federal and state regulations impacting clinic operations, including HIPAA.
• Ability to efficiently use HIT systems, including running reports.

• Supervises staff and oversees daily office operations
• Establishes and maintains schedules, allocation of staff resources, and ensures effective patient care
• Trains and rotates staff to ensure cross-coverage
• Performs 90-day and annual reviews of staff
• Conducts regular staff meetings
• Monitors time clocks, overtime, and time-off requests
• Verifies timesheets with HR by Friday
• Oversees deposits and till reconciliation
• Oversees inventory and ordering of supplies
• Maintains professional telephone communications and strong customer service
• Protects patient confidentiality per policies
• Enters information into EHR accurately and timely
• Manages environment of care and safety procedures
• Coordinates weather-related disaster prep
• Communicates with corporate for updates
• Oversees appointment scheduling and cancellations
• Manages medical records requests and release protocols
• Works with Administrator on programs and deadlines
• Attends Manager meetings
• Performs other duties as needed
