Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees daily office operations.
• Establishes schedules, allocates staff resources, and ensures effective patient care.
• Trains and rotates staff for cross-coverage in all areas.
• Performs 90-day and annual staff reviews.
• Maintains staff meetings and monitors time clocks.
• Oversees deposits, till reconciliation, and inventory ordering.
• Ensures patient confidentiality per policies and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinates with corporate office and weather/disaster preparedness.
