Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; Master’s in business or healthcare preferred.
• Experience: minimum of three years in healthcare management.
• Skills: ability to build alliances, drive results and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MA/PSAs check-in and rooming for specialties choosing the suites.
• Provide practice management to support physician-patient relationships and access.
• Manage operations and respond to patient, physician and staff issues promptly.
• Leverage tech enhancements to optimize patient access and customer relationships.
• Meet revenue cycle performance standards; analyze physician income/expenses; report to leaders.
• Ensure People Management Cycle includes hiring, onboarding, career development and coaching.
