Job summary

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a Practice Manager to lead administrative operations for the Primary Care department on Monday–Friday. The role oversees workflow, staff supervision, and financial performance while promoting the practice within the Medical Group.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or has five years of healthcare leadership experience; medical group experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
• Medical Group experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative management to practice operations.
• Plan, develop, and organize the workflow; direct and evaluate the activities of the practice and of staff.
• Manage the financial performance of the practice and promote the practice within the Medical Group.
• Fill in staffing as needed, with consideration to licensing requirements.
