Responsibilities

• Oversee overall functioning of the practice including staff management and workflow development.
• Support revenue integrity, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Handle patient care tasks with professional and safe practices.
• Coordinate with team and external contacts to meet performance goals.
• Assist Practice Administrator as needed and adapt to changing duties.
