Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Practice Supervisor for the Physician Practice - Ear, Nose, and Throat at St. Mary's in Virginia. The role oversees daily operations, staff performance, and workflow to ensure efficient patient care and service quality.

You will support the Practice Administrator, help drive revenue integrity, and focus on staff engagement and patient satisfaction. A high school diploma is required, with BLS certification preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recent experience in healthcare with at least one year in an administrative setting.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the relevant role.
• BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (Preferred, required within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall functioning of the practice, including staff management and workflow development.
• Support the Practice Administrator with revenue integrity, employee engagement and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality patient care across the ENT practice.
