Job summary

Bon Secours in Richmond is seeking a Practice Supervisor for the Ear, Nose, and Throat specialty at St. Mary's.

You will oversee staff, workflows, and financial performance while partnering with the Practice Administrator to enhance revenue integrity and patient satisfaction. The role requires 3 years of healthcare experience with at least 1 year in administration, plus 1 year of supervisory experience; BLS within 90 days is preferred/required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare experience with at least 1 year in an administrative setting.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required for BSMH; preferred for RSFH.
• BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (Preferred, required within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall functioning of the practice including staff management and workflow development.
• Support revenue integrity, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
