Job summary

Desert Care Network in California is seeking a Physician Practice Manager to oversee all administrative and operational functions for an assigned practice. You will ensure smooth operations, manage inventory, personnel relations, and patient flow, while fostering efficient processes across the front and back office.

The role requires coordinating staff scheduling, budgeting, and HR activities to maintain top-tier patient service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of progressive managerial experience in a medical practice.
• Vaccination compliance per law and employer policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of goals and objectives for the practice.
• Develop and implement new office procedures to improve office flow and operations.
• Manage daily operations including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, charge entry, and checks and balances.
• Manage Human Resources: interview, hire, orient, and evaluate staff to ensure optimal staffing.
• Review operational budget and expenditures to stay within parameters.
