Formación

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Active New Hampshire RN license required (compact license accepted).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Knowledge of medical practice operations, including billing, collections, scheduling, staff benefits, and practice policies.
• Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and organizational leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient practice management.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, revenue cycle, billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and performance management of clinical and nonclinical staff.
• Establish effective staffing strategies and promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, employment laws, organizational policies, and quality standards.
• Manage patient records, information systems, data security, and administrative processes.
• Improve patient flow, scheduling, front-office operations, and overall patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to implement strategic goals and operational improvements.
• Monitor physician and clinical staff performance standards while supporting effective teamwork.
