Job summary

The role requires an Associate's degree and 3+ years in healthcare administration with supervisory experience; you will lead staffing, payroll, and policy compliance to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3 years of related healthcare experience in ambulatory care, including 2 years in supervision or management.
• Experience may substitute for formal requirements where allowed.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and manages all practice operations, finances, budgets, and policy implementation.
• Oversees human resources, staffing, payroll, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance, patient service quality, and effective physician/provider scheduling.
• Manages monthly financials, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor contracts.
• Provides education, coaching, and leadership to staff and coordinates organizational change.
