Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a skilled leader for Central Ohio Ophthalmology to direct and manage practice operations, budgets, HR activities, and policy implementation. The role requires partnering with physicians to ensure efficient workflows, patient care, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive healthcare management experience, including supervision, ambulatory care exposure, and a commitment to cost-effective operations within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Healthcare, Business Admin, or related field.
• Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of related healthcare experience, ambulatory setting, including 5 years of supervision/management.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare management experience; substitution possible in certain circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all practice operations, financial accounting, budgets, and policy implementation.
• Lead staffing, payroll, HR records, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Oversee patient services policies, HIPAA and risk compliance, and liaise between physicians and leadership.
