The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a physician office with supervisory experience, a college degree, and strong financial, coding, and interpersonal skills to drive productivity and quality patient

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a physician office with supervisory experience.
• College degree or equivalent.
• Experience in fiscal and human resource management.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Optimize staff performance in the office.
• Schedule staff, train, and oversee daily operations including cash handling and billing checks.
• Improve physician productivity and patient satisfaction while ensuring compliance and reimbursement.
