If you are intellectually curious, highly organized, and interested in the intersection of healthcare, strategy, and impact, this could be an exciting opportunity to grow your career while contributing to meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate a portfolio of projects and grants, maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, monitoring budgets, and flagging potential challenges before they become roadblocks.
  • Keep project and grant resources and collaboration tools organized and up to date, ensuring teams have the information they need to work efficiently.
  • Support the development, review, and refinement of research, guidance, and other materials, partnering with internal teams and external contributors to ensure high-quality work.
  • Conduct research to identify emerging trends, market developments, and perspectives that may influence strategic priorities.
  • Evaluate prospective partners and opportunities through thoughtful research and due diligence.
  • Assist with meetings, presentations, reporting, and other project logistics while summarizing key takeaways for the team.
  • Support research engagements and external partnerships that inform strategic planning, program development, and evaluation.
  • Be an ambassador of the nonprofit with ultra-professionalism at in-person events and external-facing opportunities.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Competitive compensation, 401k matching, a robust benefits package, and generous PTO.
  • You’ll work closely with senior leaders and partners in a dynamic, high-energy environment that values curiosity and integrity.
  • Small, mission-focused team where your ideas and initiative will make a visible difference.
  • Hybrid work model; this role requires occasional travel throughout the year.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced. You hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring approximately three (3) years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, professional services, or a related field.
  • Industry-aware. You bring a dedicated interest in healthcare economics and employer needs.
  • Analytical. You are skilled at researching complex topics, identifying meaningful insights, and turning information into clear, concise written materials.
  • Project-focused. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once, keeping details organized, meeting deadlines, and adjusting priorities as projects evolve.
  • Resourceful. You take initiative, work independently, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to keep projects moving forward.
  • Collaborative. You communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners and know how to build productive relationships across teams.
  • Discerning. You exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive information with discretion, and proactively communicate important updates to leadership.
