Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare, policy, or related field.
• Approximately three years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or project management.
• Strong analytical ability and written communication.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and managing timelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a portfolio of projects and grants, maintain timelines and budgets.
• Keep project resources organized and up to date for efficient teamwork.
• Develop, review, and refine research materials with internal and external collaborators.
• Conduct research on trends and market developments to inform priorities.
• Evaluate prospective partners through due diligence.
• Assist with meetings, presentations, reporting, and logistics; summarize takeaways.
• Support engagements that inform strategic planning and program evaluation.
• Represent the nonprofit professionally at events and external opportunities.
