Job summary

Pride Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a healthcare project in New York. The role focuses on combining patient scheduling systems and supporting implementation activities across the organization.

You will provide project-level support for key workstreams, collaborating with internal departments, leadership, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of assigned project workstreams, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, implementation, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project templates, tracking tools, and documentation to monitor project progress and deliverables.
• Facilitate the collection and organization of project information, metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute project status updates and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies, proactively escalating issues when necessary.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal departments, City agencies, contracted vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist with planning and conducting training sessions, including developing training materials and supporting documentation.
• Provide on-site support related to project implementation and operational oversight.
• Provide policy and operational support and help develop strategies to improve service delivery within the assigned workstream.
• Assist with reviewing and approving invoices and provide recommendations related to budget planning and project expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Support change management and implementation activities related to the integration of patient scheduling systems.
