The position involves site inspections, documentation, liaison with CCM, owners, and contractors, plus QA testing and accurate record-keeping. Requires 2+ years in ICC plumbing codes and related certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, surveying, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience with all ICC codes, specifically plumbing.
• 2+ years experience with all state-specific ICC plumbing codes.
• Healthcare construction experience is a must.

Aufgaben

• Inspects materials, installation, and layout of work on the project site and evaluates its acceptability.
• Notifies contractor of unacceptable material or work with CCM approval.
• Acts as liaison between CCM, operations, Owner, and contractor during construction.
• Performs or supervises quality control testing.
• Maintains thorough records including daily logs, progress updates, and findings from inspections.
• Verifies quantities for contractors monthly pay estimates.
• Attendance at work during normal business hours.
