• Four years healthcare technical experience with EPIC modules (EHR, Prelude, Resolute, Clarity, Cogito or Cadence).
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification; maintain certification per certifying body; Tableau Desktop certification or obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult on transformational Performance Improvement initiatives and projects.
• Provide analysis, gap assessment, team facilitation and idea generation.
• Accelerate dissemination of best practices and provide recommendations for organizational continuous improvement.
• Lead complex and large-scale Lean Six Sigma projects.
