Qualifications

• Requires 3 years' experience in health care quality improvement or related fields.
• Certification in health care quality, patient safety, or PM/Lean preferred and within 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, tools, and measures.
• Ability to analyze data and create reports and visuals.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement efforts and coach teams in process redesign and measurement.
• Plan and manage moderately complex interdisciplinary quality improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain data collection tools, charts, and dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-department communication and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support training and education across practices.
