Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, quality, science, business, engineering, or related area.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in healthcare, quality, science, business, engineering, or related area.
• Certification: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Consult, facilitate, coach, educate, and lead improvement initiatives.
• Design and manage improvement projects using improvement science.
• Provide Performance Excellence training in classroom and virtual settings.
