Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field.

• One year data collection and analysis experience.
• Must be familiar with The Joint Commission, State and Federal standards.
• Excellent communication skills interacting with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the facility-wide Performance Improvement Program.
• Review results of performance improvement indicators with the Director of Risk/Performance Improvement.
• Maintain a system for collecting and analyzing data and tracking trends relating to performance improvement measures.
• Plan and chair the monthly Performance Improvement Meeting to develop and encourage a facility-wide team effort.
• Manage performance improvement data and information flow.
• Provide consultation to department heads on PI measures, data collection, and analysis that are appropriate, timely and outcome focused.
