Michiana Behavioral Health in Plymouth, Indiana is seeking a Performance Improvement Analyst to support a facility-wide PI program. The role focuses on monitoring quality care, coordinating the PI process, and collaborating with department directors.

This is a full-time role with 32 hours per week and requires data collection, trend analysis, and leading monthly PI meetings to drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification or CPHQ preferred.
• One year data collection and analysis experience.
• Must be familiar with The Joint Commission, State and Federal standards and regulations.
• Must have excellent communication skills that include the ability to interact with and coordinate with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the facility-wide Performance Improvement Program.
• Review results of performance improvement indicators with the Director of Risk/Performance Improvement.
• Maintain a system for collecting and analyzing data and tracking trends relating to performance improvement measures.
• Plan and chair the monthly Performance Improvement Meeting to develop and continuously encourage a facility-wide team effort in meeting performance improvement indicators.
• Manage performance improvement data and information flow.
• Provide consultation to department heads in development of departmental PI measures, data collection, and analysis that are appropriate, timely and outcome focused.

Position Summary

The Performance Improvement Analsyt Is a Liaison To Department Directors And Administration To Ensure That The Provision Of Quality Care Is Monitored And Continuously Improved. Core Functions Include
