Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire is seeking a Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator to support hospital-wide quality and performance improvement initiatives under the direction of the Director of Performance Improvement. Responsibilities include chart audits, data collection and reporting, tracking tools maintenance, and providing administrative support to ensure program effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years’ experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting required.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Conduct chart audits and participate in program fidelity committees.
• Manage data collection and reporting processes.
• Maintain tracking tools and provide operational/administrative support for program effectiveness.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards.
• Serve as the hospital’s Patient Advocate to address concerns from patients and families.
